By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our cancellation & scheduling policy.
Cancellation Fees
Route & Schedule Adjustments: Same-day changes that require modifications to the planned route may incur a Route Adjustment Fee starting at $15. This includes requesting a different time, changing the service location, adding pets, or adding unscheduled services.
Deposits & Outstanding Balances: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice. All fees must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for severe weather, medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
